What is EasyFolios?
EasyFolios is an online portfolio software for early childhood programs in the NAEYC accreditation process. The company was started in 2004 to provide portfolio software services for early childhood programs. After working with NAEYC, EasyFolios was launched in 2009 and is currently used by schools across the country.

How does EasyFolios work?
EasyFolios is a secure web based service. Like email, you have a username and password to access your portfolios. You can access your program portfolio and classroom portfolios from work or from home on your PC or Mac. Teachers will save a lot of time,since the NAEYC standards, criteria, topic areas and indicators are preloaded into the software. After you access your portfolio, you can load evidences into your portfolios. The status reports and analytics keep you updated with the progress you're making on your portfolios. And when you're done, you can print your portfolios to archive your work. Using EasyFolios is easy, efficient and economical.

Can I print the portfolios created with EasyFolios?
Yes. Using our proprietary EasyFolios PDF feature, your online portfolio is converted into a printable document in seconds. Your Portfolios with all the text and photos is formated into a printable page layout from which you can print the whole Portfolio or group of pages. You can use this feature to create an archive version of your portfolios that you can print or store on your PC.

How much does EasyFolios cost?
A class portfolios costs $39 /yr and the program portfolio costs $99 /yr. Thats it. No hidden fees, no setup fee and no charge for version upgrades. For example, if you have 4 classrooms,your total cost is just $255 (ie, 4 class portfolios and 1 program portfolio).
